Today is a significant day in the history of buy.at and Affiliate Window as we begin the process of consolidating all advertiser programmes into the Darwin platform. This is an important milestone and allows us to focus all our future technical effort on the improvement and development of a single solution.

We realise this may also have been a day our publishers might dread as migrating programmes usually results in additional work for little benefit.

Conscious of this, we have just released our Centralised Tracking Solution (CTS) which allows us to consolidate the platforms with little added work required by either advertisers or publishers.

    So, how does this work?

All you are required to do is map your buy.at account to your Affiliate Window account by visiting the Mappings page within the Affiliate Window section of the buy.at Management Area. A step-by-step guide has been created to assist with this process and support is always on hand via the usual channels. We anticipate the mapping process to take only a minute of your time.

Over the coming months, all buy.at UK merchants will migrate but you only need to map your account once. As the programme moves, you will be informed by email, via the interface and on the A4U Forum and from that point on, all your active buy.at links will automatically be converted to Affiliate Window links and your performance will be tracked and reported in Darwin.

We ask that you all map your accounts within the next four weeks as we anticipate the first migrations to take place from mid July and any unmapped accounts could result in lost commission. Obviously this is something we wish to avoid as the whole idea behind the CTS is to benefit publishers by saving them time and effort.

As always, we welcome any questions or feedback you may have.

    Kind Regards,

    Digital Window

I changed my passwords for Buy at and AWIN. I can no longer connect to Buy at from the Darwin interface. I can't find a way in notifying the system through my profile page. Any suggestions please?

    Kind regards

    Hi energyadvise,

I have taken a look at your account and it looks like your buy.at account is not linked to Darwin.

Are you receiving any error messages when you try linking the accounts on the 'Manage accounts' page from with Darwin? (Settings > Manage accounts)

Could you PM me with more information and I will investigate this issue further for you if this problem persists.

    Thanks,
    Barinder
