1. Have you joined Austin Reed?
2. Have you joined Austin Reed today?
If the answers are yes and yes, then you have to wait for the feed to be generated for you (not sure how long it takes, but next day it's usually there)
If the answers are yes and no, then it's down to you, you need to select Austin Reed from the 'Choose by Merchants' section.
If the answers are no and no, then, you need to join them before you can use their products.
The trouble with the rat race is that even if you win you're still a rat.

Hi there,
I have just tried to recreate the issue, however Austin Reed's feed is accessible via the create-a-feed tool. It was updated today and contains 2954 products.
If you could message me your affiliate id I can look into this further for you. Also if you could provide me details of roughly when you joined this merchants programme and what browser you are using, that would be great.
Kind regards,
Nicola Humphrey

Script Monkey is right, I have not added them, I will try this first
BUT I will add I can see products from other merchants I have not added.
Maybe because some merchants auto add you to the program it shows the products but when it does not and you have to be confirmed first it does not show them.
Personally I tend to look at what products the merchant has in its feed before I add them, maybe thats a bit backwards.
See I actually see a bigger problem with this if script monkey is right and he usually is,
If im a content affiliate (which I am) I research a industry find a niche for a product or say product area, go into darwin product feed and find a cat/sub cat which best fits then check out the merchants for that cat/sub cat and note them down, then go and join those programs.
But if he is right the only other quick way is to search shopwindow and note down the merchants there.
