Why does this forum appear to be filling up with more and more advertiser promotions?

Simple really. Advertisers keep posting it in the main forum when there is a designated promotions forum. Moderators don't have enough time to shift stuff around. I've tried to do a quick tidy but it's a never ending task.

Thanks for the info. Slap a few infractions on the offenders and they will soon learn.
