Boden Sale Tracking

Hi,

I'm using a basic text link for Boden and it doesn't seem to be tracking in the sale which started today.

Also, if you go to boden.co.uk it says on the front page 15% off and free delivery and returns even though they have sent an email to ask affiliates to remove any offers from our sites. This is the page which the basic text link goes to. I realise that the specific sale banners might go to the correct page and maybe even track, but I think that a text link should also always work.

Please could someone investigate.

I've sent you an email. I know of 3 sales using 2 different affiliate links (including the sale link) which have apparently not tracked.

I'm the AM looking after Boden at Affiliate Window. The sale has a specific tracking link that needs to be used to be re-directed to the sale landing page.

Affiliate Window have done all their tests and say that the tracking is working. But I know that these three sales came after clicks on Boden links (I have the tracked clicks out to Boden in my log files) and they have not tracked.

What to do now? Not trust Boden tracking? Not trust Affiliate Window tracking?

Has anyone else had any problems?

I just remembered that there is a clickref report on Affiliate Window - I checked that and it did track the clicks. So it is definitely a problem with not allocating the sale to the click.

I've emailed Helena so I can get a copy of your tracking links, as you've mentioned the clickref has registered a click in the report, but no sale was associated. We'll need to investigate why this was the case, can you provide the following via email:

Order Reference
Date of transaction
Browser Used

Saffiya emailed you some days ago asking for some bits of information that we need to investigate, if you could get back to us we can look into this further. Feel free to email me too if you didn't get that email.

We’ve had no other reports of tracking being down, or affiliates unable to track.

Hi,
I am also concerned about Boden tracking. One of my sales did not track.
I have not made any commission since 03/06/11. My untracked sale was on 30/06/2011. According to AW reports I sent Boden 672 clicks in June, 707 clicks in July, 638 clicks in August. One of these clicks was mine. This happened over the Boden sale period so I would expect to make many more sales than usual. The previous year in June, July and August I sent Boden half as many clicks and had 26 sales.
There is definitely a problem here.
It would be great to get some answers as to what is going on.
