Buy.at Support Email Down?

Been emailing about LV for weeks. No answer. Have sent through hundreds of leads in my time with them then all of a sudden -- "your affiliation has been cancelled".

I've tried finding out what's gone wrong but no-one answers.

Is Buy.at support offices empty now as everything seems to be moving to AW?
