Does anyone know why nearly all sales for Play.com show Zero commission?

I asked Buyat online 10 days ago and have still had no reply

Hi,

Apologies you have had trouble getting a response from us; I've flagged this to the team who manage the support ticketing system.

We have also recently spotted some of the Play.com sales not being allocated commissions and are working to resolve it with our tech team/ Play. However the % we are seeing overall is very small compared to overall volumes for the programme.
