Shop Window Down Again

The Shop Window feed appears to be down again.

Anyone else getting this?

Or is it just me?

It seems to be back - it was down for about 30 minutes.

and now it's down again. and just when I finally taught myself how to create a web page with php!!!

I think Shop Window is having "intermittent" problems today - after a well-behaved Easter. It is in either of three states.

1) Working fine
2) All soap calls returning nulls or "blanks".
3) soap socket errors (i.e. the web service cannot be reached)

It seems to change minute by minute...

ShopWindow has stopped working again - I'm getting fsockopen errors.

SW is down again... The same fsockopen errors.

getting a blank page, no errors, no content, nothing at all
seems to be about 10 am every day when we get these probs

It really has been a major problem over the last two to three weeks. I've been staring at it in horror for quite a while (in a virtual sense).

it's close to 10 am and the shopwindow is down again

...and it is still down at 11:10am...

Although you'd think that giving that they've been experiencing problems with the feed server that they might check it .... or have an emergency contact...

But it's not just affiliates losing here... awin are and so are the merchants ... and given the options with feeds around it's not going to be long b4 people start dropping this system - especially if it causes sites to be down for long periods.
