We are indeed Tobman! We're just trying to find out current state of the centre - hopefully it is stable now. Systems all appear up and functioning but slowly

Hi ep90, it appears the buy.at systems are taking longer to come back up after they crashed from the power cut. More info as soon as I get it.

Earlier this morning, our primary hosting centre reported a severe power outage. Power had not been transferred to the UPS and generator systems and this resulted in a loss of power to the site. Their specialist engineers worked to resolve the issue as a matter of priority and we are pleased to confirm that most of our affected sites are now back up and running.

However, buy.at’s tracking and management area, as well as both our corporate and offers blog, remain down. Due to the nature of the power outage, the buy.at databases where not powered down correctly. This means that there are a number of tests that need to be run in order to ensure the servers are brought back online correctly with no data corruption. Unfortunately this all takes time. We are prioritising the buy.at tracking servers and these should be back up and running very shortly. The team will then move on to tackle the rest of the system.

In the meantime, we will keep you updated on any progress and timings as they become available.

I can't access the datafeeds from datafeed.api.productserve.com, presume this is all related?

Thanks for the updates. I can't even get onto Buy.at at the moment after putting my email and password to sign in, just returns a blank screen. I'll try again later.

Hi, tracking is working but the application servers that process tracking event's is not yet stable since the power outage. I will update here when this is resolved.

Apologies for the delay, the frontend site is back up but we're still working on the backend.
