Allow limited access to Awin/Buyat accounts?

Hi

Is it possible to allow members of my editorial team access to both platforms with restrictions? i.e. I don't want them to see revenue details, edit payment information etc, but do want them to be able to download banners, create deeplinks etc

Based upon your query, I am not sure that it is possible to give a user your desired degree of access.

Thanks for the note. I managed to setup a linked account user and you're right I can't do what I need. What I don't get however is that restricted viewer notes "Has read access to the account but cannot change settings, view reporting, see stats, view invoices or edit payment details."

However the accounts I've setup as restricted viewed CAN view reporting, right from the dashboard

Hi D,

Just to clarify, all of our reports and sensitive financial information (including bank details and payment history etc) is hidden from Restricted Viewers. You're right in saying the stats on the dashboard are visible by all, but this account summary is the extent of information a Restricted Viewer can access.

I agree that the description of a Restricted Viewer is slightly misleading as it doesn't mention the dashboard, and we'll be rectifying this swiftly.

In the future there will be more comprehensive privacy/permissions settings for the information available on the dashboard, including the account summary stats.
