Good question....
If you have two handles on buy.at but only one on AW (which I think I am right in thinking you do) then you can set you Affiliate Window AFF ID as the default account for these migrations. This means that all these sales will then track into one account on the Affiliate Window network.
We did take into consideration that affiliates might use certain handles for certain clients so we have made the mapping flexible in order for you to allocate the necessary buy.at handles to the relevant AFF ID. However, if you have set these up with no "rhyme nor reason" then it would be best to set the two buy.at handles to one default account on AW.
In addition, if you have used Link ID's in order to separate where traffic is coming from then all this will be passed through the Centralised Tracking Service (CTS) and reported into your selected AW account.
