Hello,

We need to send a ticket in regards to a buy.at merchant - "support (at) buy_at" email address does not work, is there any other one?
Can we send details via AW or Darwin maybe..?

Is there any other method except the "contact us" link within user.buy.at affiliate area?

Hi SourChocolate,

I'm sorry to hear you've been having problems getting hold of buy.at support, which particular merchant account manager had you wanted to speak to? If you drop me a line and let me know I will make sure someone contacts you this morning.

When you say "the e-mail address does not work", do you mean that you got a bounce-back error message? If there is a broken or outdated link in the MA then I can have one of our developers resolve this issue.

Out of interest, can/will/do AW accounts have their own account managers or are we meant to contact you using a catch-all address every time?
