How do I find the reason for a commission being declined in Darwin ?

My first commission declined with Affiliate Window.. bit disappointed, but would like to know why if the information is there some where..

Also are commissions approved/declined monthly ?

Hi Neddy,

If you click on reports and then "transactions report" then you will see a red mark next to the declined commission. Hovering over this red mark will give you the reason for the decline. Feel free to email through to publisherservices@digitalwindow.com if you need further assistance.
