    Just hoping someone from AW picks up this before the Bank Hol sales bonanza!

    Ebuyer feed via http://datafeed.api.productserve.com...ownload/apikey etc has 0 products in meaning Ebuyer has no exposure on our busiest site

    Can you reply when this is sorted as support ticket system at AW is the only bad thing about the network.

    Many thanks for flagging the issue with the Ebuyer feed. I'll pass this onto our tech team and see if they can resolve the issue.

    The same issue is still there using the following standard method of getting Ebuyer's datafeed:

    http://datafeed.api.productserve.com...wnload/apikey/something/cid/83,84/mid/2690/columns/merchant_id,merchant_name,aw_product_id,...etc...,commission_group/format/csv/delimiter/|/compression/zip/

    We are currently seeing the largest number of visitors on our site since the Xmas / Boxing day sale time and PC World, Dixons, Dell etc have full exposure on our site but due to this issue Ebuyer have none.

    In fact Ebuyer is currently missing from all of the Darwin tools; they have even disappeared from my merchant list...

    I've changed an internal setting, and forced a refresh for the datafeed which should process asap.

    I'll keep an eye out on the datafeed and keep you all updated.

    Spoke too soon, have just gone to edit content widgets and eBuyer listed, but no products found!

    Hi nummie,

    The datafeed should show up soon, I've refreshed the feed and the update to our create-a-feed can take one hour, if it doesn't display at 7.30pm - I'll escalate to development.

    Will keep an eye on it.

    No good for me yet - just checked

    Can I just ask Safiyya what you / Awin class as Office Hours?

    I have brought this up before but will try again now... if there are issues after 5pm on Friday that we spot (usually way before network / merchants) and we log a support ticket etc nothing seems to happen until say the next working day so things can be broken for 3 days or more over a long holiday weekend.

    Last Christmas and the DSG site issues was a prime example but there have been numerous times where feeds have been broken / only part available = lost sales for everyone but for the affiliates means higher bounce rates as products we have spent ages optimising for are suddenly not on our site etc etc.

    Still have same issue, if I try and edit my eBuyer based content widget, there are no eBuyer products listed anymore...

    Hi geordieGeek,

    5PM is certainly within office hours - you should have received a response, at least. If it's something we can fix we'll fix it before we leave, that I can assure you. Could you send me your ticket number and I'll investigate?

    If the issue is client related, we'll touch base with the client and feedback timescales when and if we know them.

    Hi All,

    I can now see the Ebuyer datafeed showing up via Create-a-feed.

    Nummie, do you want to checkout your content widget? Am unsure if you'll need to re-populate with new products.

    The issue seems to have occurred due to a human error, but I won't be able to tell for sure until everyone is back in office on Tuesday.

    No nothing available via the content widget page, but yes I can now see eBuyer in the datafeed, but that doesn't help me I'm afraid...

    No support for a broken Ebuyer/Affiliate Window issue until TUESDAY!?

    Have also now spotted that the eBuyer feed does not contain all the products on the eBuyer site, i.e. I already have other links to products on my site and these are now missing from the datafeed...

    Please help!

    Hi Nummie,

    No - I meant that I'll only be able to determine the true cause of the error once we're all back in office.

    FYI - I've triggered another import & refresh which should show 20k products. It'll take another hour or so before it updates in create-a-feed.

    I'll keep you all updated.
