Can I just ask Safiyya what you / Awin class as Office Hours?
I have brought this up before but will try again now... if there are issues after 5pm on Friday that we spot (usually way before network / merchants) and we log a support ticket etc nothing seems to happen until say the next working day so things can be broken for 3 days or more over a long holiday weekend.
Last Christmas and the DSG site issues was a prime example but there have been numerous times where feeds have been broken / only part available = lost sales for everyone but for the affiliates means higher bounce rates as products we have spent ages optimising for are suddenly not on our site etc etc.
