Laser card not accepted for AW £5 deposit - invitation code needed!

As the subject says, I'm registering for my AW affiliate account but can't pay the £5 verification fee as I'm based in Dublin & only have a Laser debit card - which isn't accepted.

My account does exist but I can't get past the verification stage due to this. So, I desperately need an invitation code to get around this issue.

Can anyone from Affiliate Window help please??
