Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the Haven feed again. I have spoken to our technical team here and they are unable to identify what the issue is, as the feed seems to be pulling through OK from this end.
Could you clarify exactly what the problem is?

the problem as at this morning is that it hadn't been updated since September 13 so it was carrying out of date offers
just checked and its been updated so the manual intervention obviously worked
