Could you provide a bit more detail? This may be linked to our CTS process which means you don't need to change links (if you have mapped your accounts), however without details of the programmes you have received these for then we can't confirm.

What do you need to do?

If you don't already have one, you will need an Affiliate Window account (sign up at https://darwin.affiliatewindow.com/u...iliate-details )
You have 30 days to map your buy.at and Affiliate Window accounts before the programme migrates to Affiliate Window
If you have already mapped your accounts then you don’t need to do anything!
You do not need to change your buy.at links

Thanks for the extra details.

Waterstones has begun the migration process from buy.at to Awin and was moved to 'phase 1 - mapping' yesterday - It will fully migrate at the beginning of November. An email similar to the one you received from the OneStopPhoneShop programme was also sent yesterday.

However, it seems that an automated email was also sent from the Awin system welcoming you to the Waterstones programme even though it has not yet migrated and is therefore not in the listings.

Apologies for the confusion this caused you; I have flagged it to our tech team who are investigating why this automated email was sent. As you have mapped your accounts then you don't need to do anything further, but we will send out further communication to confirm when the programme migrates and is fully live on Awin.

Hi Mogga,

Each month we are migrating around 30 clients from buy.at to Awin through the CTS system; for each migration we give 30 days notice so affiliates who haven't yet mapped their accounts have the chance to do so.

When you mention you have received 15 or so similar emails; do you mean similar to Awin welcome email you received in error from Waterstones, or the Onestopphoneshop email which alerted you to their migration taking place?

I don't know what they are. I could go and spend 10 minutes running through my emails.

Which merchants have swapped over, which merchants do I need to change links for?

Hi Mogga,

When you login to your buy.at management area there is a list in the 'overview' section (which is the first page you land on) that details the programmes migrating to Affiliate Window and what phase of migration they are in. E.g:

• Pickabook.co.uk: Phase 3: Clicks and transactions tracking on Affiliate Window; mapped to programme Pickabook
• Carphone Warehouse: Phase 1: Mappings; mapped to programme Carphone Warehouse
• La Senza: Phase 3: Migrated to AW + buy.at cookie mop up; mapped to programme La Senza
• Thorntons: Phase 3: Migrated to AW + buy.at cookie mop up; mapped to programme Thorntons
• Energy Helpline: Phase 1: Mappings; mapped to programme Energy Helpline
