Is anyone experiencing a delay in commission reporting this afternoon on AWIN?

Hi wml007,

We have just been alerted by our systems to a delay in reporting, apologies for any inconvenience this causes. We'd like to reassure affiliates that this issue will not affect our tracking, it will just mean that our reports may experience some lag until the system catches up with itself.

Hi Sam, Thanks for clarifying. Now I can relax a little. Do you know roughly when the report is going to update again? Are other reports affected or it's only the commission report?

Not a problem.

I'm working with our Ops & Technical teams to get a better understanding of everything that may be affected, plus an estimation of how long it may take to catch up. I will update you ASAP.
