Thread: Waterstones Buy.at - 10 DAY NOTICE EMAIL TO THOSE WHO HAVEN'T MAPPED

    Hi

    I today received an email with the subject of "Waterstones Buy.at - 10 DAY NOTICE EMAIL TO THOSE WHO HAVEN'T MAPPED" and in the email it says:

    We can see from our records that you have not mapped your buy.at and Awin accounts.
    My mappings have been completed for several months now, ever since all The Hut group companies were first migrated over to Awin.

    Was this email sent out to everyone in error (like the previous Waterstones 'Sign Up' email error), or has something gone awry with your mappings system? I have checked my mappings in the buy.at interface and all my mappings show correctly and indeed the Waterstones entry shows up as:

    Programme Name = Waterstones
    Handle (my buy.at) = laptopfix
    Migration Status = Phase 1 of 3: Define Mappings
    Mapping Type = Default
    Awin Account ID = 117288

    Hi amrob2,

    Thank you for the post and my sincerest apologies for the confusion.

    There is no problem at all with the mappings on your account. Unfortunately, due to a system error with the internal email system we use for these communications an email meant only for those affiliates who have not mapped their accounts was received by everyone joined to the programme.

    If anyone else has received this email and you have already mapped your affiliate accounts please ignore the message. It is an error and no action is needed.

    We will communicate again to those people that are genuinely yet to map their accounts.

    Apologies once again for the confusion. If anybody has further questions please drop me an email or give me a call on the details below.
