Thread: Bee.com not confirming sales

    Hi,

    we are an affiliate partner with Bee.com since the launch with Affiliate Window. Everything worked fine until June.
    The last confirmed sale has been on 25/06/11.
    Now, over four months past by and we have a total of over £350 pending (just commission), with Bee.com only.

    Did anyone of you also encounter this problem?
    This is pretty strange, because people who ordered through our links confirmed getting the orders.

    Hi Peter,

    I hope you are well.

    I work with Bee.com here at Affiliate Window.

    I know that the majority of their sales are for pre-orders. Unfortunately they can't validate until the games have been delivered because you always get a few customers who cancel the order at the last minute. This does mean that there is a bit more of a wait for commissions on this programme, but it has been decided that this is, on balance, still the best method to ensure that competitive commissions can be offered.
