hi paullas,

Can you give me further information on what you think might not be tracking? Is it clicks/sales/everything?

Hi Paullas,

I can confirm we do have a delay on reporting but that tracking is unaffected. The stats should catch up soon.

Is Darwin generally struggling atm ? Only I've been getting random delays and slow loading over quite a few days. Not a big problem though really.

i dont think they have stopped , but i get nothing for 1 hour then they all come through and then nothing again , seems like there is a bit of a lag that starts and stops

Looking at our systems we identified an issue that could have shown delayed click/impression data until 11:00 AM this morning. All of our tracking and reporting systems are working correctly.

@Cheapdvds most of the data that you see reported in the interface is not real-time and you'll see around an hour's lag with the impression/click reporting

if i personally make a purchase using my links the stats change usually within a couple of minutes max.

what i have seen is no stats then they come through then nothing again, this is the same as yestarday

same here but my outbound links to a certain site i have certainly dont match the clicks i am getting in my affiliate window stats - and been like this for past 2 days so even though i am being told everything is fine and AW is running perfectly i am not sure tbh

Hi Cheapdvds,

To help me look into the issue please can you let me know where abouts you're reading the stats that you're talking about from? One of the reports?

As discussed with paullas via PM all of our systems are running normally. I reviewed network-wide stats as well as a random sample of some larger affiliates and everything seems very normal in terms of volume.
