Dear Affiliates,

As you may know we’ve been asking your opinions on commission rates. We’ve also received a lot of feedback regarding the problems of deleted commissions.

BetHiLo has been working with Affiliate Window on these issues and I am pleased to say that we can announce 3 significant changes:

1) BetHiLo will now pay £15 after a new client has placed just one bet

2) Because we are now paying on just one bet rather then over five bets we have been able to stop invalid duplicate transactions which are very frustrating for you

3) We have also been able to solve the tracking issue, whereby old accounts were clicking on your links and placing bets thus creating invalid commissions. Again, we appreciate that this was frustrating for you

As a way of saying thank you for your patience and to celebrate a potentially bumper summer, we will shortly be releasing some special rates for Euro 2004.

We hope that you are all as pleased as we are about these changes, and look forward to continuing good partnerships.

PS: Naturally, there will be a ‘lag period’ where some referrals will still be in the process of completing their five bets on the old payment terms. During this short period, we will be monitoring this situation closely and will ensure that you get whichever payments terms are financially best for you.
