    ...seems to be happening much more frequently when trying to login and even when already logged in.

    Hi Bud,

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with the log-in process. There are currently no reported issues with the system so this may be a problem on your account.

    Have you set a different page as your account homepage? If so, following these instructions to 'reset' it may resolve the issue:

    1. Navigate to the page that they would like to be taken to when they log in
    2. Select the "Set as homepage" option in the account switcher (see image below)



    3. Log out
    4. Log back in again

    You should now be taken to your preferred page without getting an error when you log in.

    If this doesn't work, please e-mail me directly with your account details and I can have our technical team investigate further.

    i have also had that error about 10 times in the last 2 weeks, i just log out and log back in and its fine , but i guess it shouldnt happen

    If I then click on the Affiliate Window logo above it takes me to my dashboard.

    Hi Entrepreneur, have you tried following the instructions I left earlier in this thread to try and 'reset' your homepage?

    If so and you are still experiencing problems please let me know and I can have one of our technical teams investigate further.

    Yes I followed those instructions.

    Problem still happens when I log in via:

    Affiliate Marketing - Affiliate Window - Affiliate Network

    No problems if I log in via:

    https://darwin.affiliatewindow.com/login
