Cleared & Un-Cleared Balance??

Hi guys,

I am writing as I am a little frustrated that I have funds owed to me that have been sitting around for months now, I'm sure some before August time! The money seems to sit either in un-cleared or then cleared...but never seems to appear ready for me to withdraw?? I feel like I'm putting work in and not getting paid for it

I have raised a ticket and was told it was awaiting on the certain merchants but haven't heard anything since. These sales were ages ago now, so I'm not sure where the broken link in the chain is, as it's not getting to me! I have over £100 waiting to be paid to me, so it's not like a fiver

Thanks for getting in touch.

Just to give you an insight to what they payment status' are, the cleared balance is the next payment amount that you are due to be paid in the next payment run and will be paid into your account once you have reached the payment threshold.

The uncleared balance is commissions that have been confirmed by the merchant but the payment is still pending. Affiliate Window is still waiting for this commission payment from the merchant before we can pay you.

The pending balance is commissions that have not been validated yet. These are still awaiting approval by the merchant.

If you would like me to have a look at any specific outstanding payments, please email me and I will look into this.

Thanks that helps a little with understanding the different statuses as I do find them very confusing Although my frustration is at why it takes soooo long for the Merchant to confirm and send this payment over to you guys?? it seems they are just trying to get away without paying..imo.

I will drop you an email Roxana and maybe you can take a look?
