    Has anybody else noticed missing sales from yesterday? I can see the clicks from the sale but no actual sale!

    how do you know you had sales? did you buy something yourself?

    i know there was a problem the other week with a certain merchant

    I directed a family member to my site for a tv and stood and watched them click and buy when they found one they liked the look of!

    They would never have used that retailer otherwise as my site found a good price.

    So i know it isnt de dupe either as it was a click buy!

    it was an electrical retailer that my sale didnt track also

    was going to be done this week, will wait till next week though, u will need to raise a ticket

    Yep, I have sent an email in to AW.

    It just worries me that other sales that I don't know about may not be showing either.

    Hi nick-harper,

    If you could create a ticket, if you've not done so already, we can manually add in the commission for that merchant.

    The un-tracked sale could occur for a number of reasons; tracking down on the merchant, Affiliate link incorrect, cookies blocked, anti-virus removed tracking cookie and so forth.

    If you can let us know via the ticket who the merchant was as well as the link on your site, we can investigate further.

    Hi,

    I emailed in just before making this post

    It just worries me that if sales aren't being tracked when I am sat watching them order, how many are not being tracked from other visitors to my sites and how much money am I losing?

    Thanks - did you add in a ticket? or email a general address, as I've not recieved anything personally...

    I can't comment on the latter situation, as the tracking technologies are highly advanced to track in a number of ways - see here.

    I had an email today saying:

    "Hi Nick,

    There are some delays in reporting. We are aware of that and working on it. Please rest assured that it will not affect and clicks or transactions are being made.

    Thanks."

    How long are the delays? This was about 5 days ago. What security is there in that no other orders are not showing up that I don't know about?

    We have been posting in this thread with updates from the AW technical development team.

    We can assure all of our customers that, as always, our tracking is not affected. We continue to track every single piece of sale data going through the network, there is just a delay in this data being reported into merchant and affiliate accounts.

    Sam, you need to read what the problem is again, the problem is nothing to do with the transaction delays at the moment, this user had 1 or several of their/friend purchases that did not track at all a few days ago, a similar problem that i also had last week that has been confirmed that there was a problem with transaction tracking and is currently being sorted for me.

    But that says a few hours delay, this has been a few days? If I wasnt there at the time I would never know! Yes it might be a £20 payout but if 5 a week gets missed it builds up...

    Nick, raise a ticket with the affiliate link u used and also state the order number from the order that was placed if you can
