Affiliate Program Renovation

Hello Everyone,

We have had a affiliate program with affiliate windows for a few years now and the last time anything was updated was about 18 months ago...

This is completely our own fault and we are currently to a overhaul of the whole business. Designing a new website, new products, new ordering system, new advertising and we also want to renovate our affiliate program. It is running ok but i'm sure it could be alot better.

What suggestions would you make to updating the affiliate program?
Should we use new banners? Have more specials? update products regularly?

Im not so good with affiliate systems so would appreciate some expert advice.

The product feed is in desperate need of an update. Most of the prices in the current feed are wrong, half the items have no image, and some are no longer available.
