images all missing from haven feed

This afternoon we identified a delay on the server that processes the images associated with our merchant datafeeds, which has caused a backlog in our system.
We are processing all datafeeds, however new products which are imported will have delayed images. This means that any affiliates using AW datafeeds will not receive product images for any new items - those added to a merchant’s feed since this morning. All existing products should be unaffected by this issue.
In order to resolve the problem we are upgrading our image processing server this weekend. We hope to have all datafeeds completely up-to-date by Monday afternoon, in the meantime we will keep you updated of any changes to the situation.

you need to make sure that the old search banners are not switched before Haven can make more of the of the new ones in different sizes!!!!!

The old search banners will need to be turned off in January as they now contain mainly 2011 dates.
At the moment it isn't possible to create multiple versions of the search banner, but the 2012 one is a similar size to the last updated search banner. We hope that this is useful for affiliates using it.
I will pass on your feedback about the search banner to Haven for them to review in the New Year, it would be good to know what size you were hoping to have the search banner in. Please note that because of the drop down search fields we can't be that flexible with the width.
In the meantime I have uploaded lots of new standard banners for Holidays and Touring & Camping, which you may find of use.
