Today's performance (pending) delay - just curious

Hello,

When I log into Awin, I can see

Today's performance (pending) £amount here

But it's usually not the same amount as if I click on reports >> transactions >> today

It does catch up after a while though.

Just curious why this happens.

Hi Tobman and apologies for the delay to my response.

The data on the affiliate dashboard is cached for 15 minutes at a time. The reports are closer to real time so include newer transactions. After a while (when the 15 min cache period is up) the dashboard refreshes its data and falls in-line with the data in the reports.

To confirm, this is normal behaviour. The set-up has always been like this and we are currently experiencing no delays with dashboard data.
