    Hi Gunneradt,

    Thanks for your message

I will endeavour to take a look at this during the Christmas period and let you know if there are any issues. We haven't seen any large drop in sales across other affiliates (inevitably there is a decrease due to seasonality) but I will take a closer look at the reporting and come back to you.

I hope you have a cracking Christmas!

    Reagrds,

    Nick

    Hi Gunner,

Thanks for getting in touch regarding LV=.

You'll be pleased to know that since the initial issue with Quotes tracking as sales we have put into place a fix to prevent this from happening again. I am sorry for any inconvenience that we inadvertently caused regarding this. We have had to iron out a few little bugs relating to the CTS switchover.

I'm pleased to inform you that the LV= Pet Insurance programme is tracking sales - and if we thought that this was not the case for any reason then of course the affiliates would be the first to know.

Looking at sales volumes there is absolutely nothing here to give me any concern as numbers are currently within what we'd normally see from the programme at this time of year. What I'd recommend is making sure to check your links (I know it's unlikely that you've made any particular changes - but it might be worth checking) and I'll liaise with the Technical Services Team today to see whether they have any feedback on this for me.

In addition - what it may also be worth doing (if you haven't already) is to try using an Affiliate Window link rather than a CTS enabled link just to see whether this makes any difference to sales volumes.

I'll look into this further today and respond to the thread as soon as I can.

If you would prefer - please feel free to email me directly at the below address.

    Kind regards,
    Jacky

Ill switch links later on today to AWIN but it seems odd to me that sales have completely dried up since the switch over. I cant think of any other explanation.

    Thanks for your help

    Hi Gunneradt,

    Hope you are well.

I can confirm that the transaction you're seeing was the test transaction that my colleague in Tech Services completed yesterday evening to confirm that your affiliate links were working correctly.

I'm pleased to say that the transaction tracked correctly - as you can see in your account. I will shortly need to decline the test to make sure that the sale is not validated by LV - however you will still be able to see it under your "Declined" transactions in your account. The reason that the transaction is showing in BuyAt as well as in AWIN is because the programme is currently cross tracking on both networks. We have set up the tracking in this way as it allows us to confirm that everything tracking on BuyAt is also tracking on AWIN - and it enables us to see any discrepancies between the two platforms more easily. We will be turning off dual-tracking after a sufficient period has passed to ensure we are not experiencing any more problems with quotes tracking as sales as we saw in November 2011.

As the transaction itself did track correctly, I can confirm that there doesn't appear to be anything either wrong with your links or with the tracking for the LV= Pet Insurance program that we can determine.

If I can help further please by all means contact me on the details below.

    Many thanks,
    Jacky
