Emails to AW and merchant get no response

Why have affiliates not been notified that this programme is dead?

Hi dbm44,

The programme is still running. There are no banners because the promotion of the product needs to be very specific in terms of copy and image, so all material is emailed individually. Same goes for the text links required, these are specific to each affiliate and so are emailed to the affiliates on the programme separately.

If you could let me know your affiliate ID I will look into what has happened in your case.
