Thread: Dixons Zero Commission

    This morning i received a transaction from Dixons which generated commission of £0. Any body else experienced this??

    I've not experienced with Dixons, but i have with a few other retailers and it normally relates to certain categories or sometimes "click and collect" transactions.

    Looking at dixons I can't see that they specifcally mention anything in their terms which indicates 0 commission, everything seems to be a set level.

    Definitely worth raising a ticket to enquire why.

    I've sold enough for Dixons to know that they don't do anything at 0%, unless somethings changed which i've not been made aware of or missed. I've been waiting for a response from AW all day!

    This is really strange. Apologies for the inconvenience. I'll look into why this has happened so as to stop it happening again. However, not to worry, we'll add a bonus amount for you if the sale is approved during validations.

    Yes, there is something odd happening today. I have the same thing on Currys, Pixmania and Comet. Time for a support ticket!

    Thanks for letting me know. I'm raising a technical support ticket to get this looked into for you both. If you drop me an email with any details of transactions from these other accounts, I'll add these to the ticket & loop in the relevant account managers.

    Hi All,

    An update on this situation; we identified an issue which occurred at 9AM 25th Jan, which had resulted in a small number of commissions being reported as 0.00. We've fixed the error and we're in the process of amending these transactions to be the correct commission rate so it should update in your accounts soon.

    I had a couple yesterday and one today. Similar thing from merchants who don't have anything at 0% !

    I've been in contact with AW and as Safiyya says, its being sorted. I understand its a minor gremlin and doesn't affect tracking.

    Just checked and the zeros from 25th have now been corrected, so nothing to wrry about.
