On the left hand side of your commission report page you should see some coloured balls (red, amber or green). When you hover over those then some info will pop-up giving more details.
Hope that helps.
Having waited a month for some commission it has finally been validated only to then be declined, i cannot find anywhere on AW to see the reasons for this and find the whole pending / confirmed layout confusing.
With other networks i use such as Webgains it is much easier to see where you stand although i must say the ticket system on AW is very prompt.
Anyone else finding this?

Thank-you, very helpful.
On one it says "Not last referrer" if that's the case why is it on my commission page in the first place?...I have had a lot of declined on one particular store, i think i will not use that one from now on.
Hi drees,
As Bud explained, you can find out why a commission has been declined by hovering over the red 'dots' in your Transactions Reports. If you do not understand the reason given, or would like more information, you can contact the merchant by clicking on their name within the same report and using the 'Send Email' functionality on their Profile page.

Often this can relate to the retailer de-duplicating their marketing channels post sale, applying it to one source or another. It shows in your account as your affiliate cookie was involved in the process but not attributed to the final sale. An example of this would be a merchant operating on two networks and during the overall purchase process a consumer ends up with both affiliate network cookies on their machine. The sale will record for both networks/affiliates but post de-duplication will highlight attributing the sale to one (usually the last referrer).
I must stress that this is a basic example to show why it still appears as a sale pre validation but the overall complexity of multi-channel marketing and the varying degrees of de-duplication that merchants can apply to their programme so everything is based on specific instances. From a network perspective we push for de-duplication at source (so sales are only appear if you're the last referrer) and also highlight their de-duplication policy within the programmes T&C's.
Hopefully that helps add some clarity.
Kind Regards
Mark
On the 'confirmed commissions' report for today I get a stack of declined transactions, but on the 'transactions' page I get none. Which one is correct? Or is this a bug? I've never had them declined on anything like this number before (probably because I send such great business :-)![]()

Hi Lauribred,
Hope you are well.
Can you please email me a screenshot of your "transactions report" page so then I can have a look in to it?
Thank you.
Kind Regards
