I know someone who is also on the travelcare programme and they say it's been a major disappointment so far.
Lack of online booking on holidays is possibly a big factor.
On the flights side the tracking doesn't seem to be done by Buy.at so is there a proper cookie period?? Most travellers don't book on-the-spot but return later so this is vital.
It seems to have good potential but there's something not right somewhere??
