    I know its early days, but so far I am showing 250+ clicks & no conversions for Co-op Travelcare.

    The big idea of this is that they are supposed to trac phone calls too, but I don't see anything about this in the reporting area.

    Has anyone else had much luck with this so far.

    I'm sure it will be a great programme - am just eager to see it work asap, as I'm getting loads of traffic through atm, but conversions & EPCs are lousy across the board.

    I know someone who is also on the travelcare programme and they say it's been a major disappointment so far.

    Lack of online booking on holidays is possibly a big factor.

    On the flights side the tracking doesn't seem to be done by Buy.at so is there a proper cookie period?? Most travellers don't book on-the-spot but return later so this is vital.

    It seems to have good potential but there's something not right somewhere??

    Hi

    Dont know if you'll get much feedback through the forum on this one as there are only 7 other affiliates on the private program James.

    The results so far are a mixed bag but the number of online bookings has been insignificant as mentioned.

    There have however been plenty of calls and these have resulted in bookings so the offline facility is working fine.

    Ill drop Claire who looks after the reporting etc for Travelcare a line to make sure you are fully in the loop James as regards knowing whats happening to your traffic etc.

    At the moment Claire emails or phones most of the other affs on a daily basis but as far as Stats go you wont see any but clicks in the managment area for any of the offline stuff so to keep up to speed during the month Claire is providing reports on calls and bookings done via the call centre for holidays and flights etc.

    REcently Travelcare also added a £1 CPA for each call made as well as an extra incentive.

    If you talk to Claire James you will have a good chance of tailoring the white label stuff they are doing to suit your particular site which willvastly improve conversions.

    Its a learning curve for us all but I think the program will grow and the work being put in by the guys at Travelcare is inspiring and their attitude is to be commended so I really hope the program grows as expected for everyone involved.
