Just to confirm my thoughts were correct and this product has gone off like a rocket!

i tried to find the scottishwidow credit card on the buy.at. It looks like the program no longer exists.

Yes the program ended a while ago as can be the case with financial merchants sometimes. A fair few loans and card programs come and go on networks when they have budget available and it fits within the rest of their strategy at the time.
