I have just declined a commission due to you, the order was for £323.12 (order no 53486) and the commission due was £16.16. The reason I have taken so long to decline this order is that we were waiting for a response from the customer.
We have a strict policy when dealing with large orders being sent to Indonesia, we have had problems in the past with fraudulent orders. The customer has failed to respond to us and so we will not be sending the order.
I am sorry for the delay in this but I had to be sure before declining your commission. As a good will jesture I will be making a manual commission to you of £5.

LOL ok, ah, seconds after I just posted I got another email this time from another account I have with AW saying the exact same thing. I not even checked my stats however I have a feeling that everyone has got or is getting this message.. Still I guess it shows the merchant is ok to work with even if he mistakenly sends everyone an apology in error LOL![]()
