Hi,

Does anyone know if there's a way to send emails to affiliates that haven't generated sales/clicks/imps?

Hi Graham

This is a good one to bring up as we have have the same problem before. As far as I am aware there isn't a way of doing this currently on the AW system which is a pain. The way around it is to take the data of the affiliates into excel and sort out the ones that have zero impressions and clicks.
Armed with this info get hold of AW and ask them to mail out to these affiliates what you want. Ryan will probably never talk to me again for saying that , but I think this is the only way. I would be very interested if there is a much easier way myself.

I've also tried to do this in the past, but ended up taking ages over it.

We have been promised changes to the merchant side of things soon though. Maybe we could clash heads to develop a wish-list to hand over once the affiliate side changes are in place.

Yep. I've spoken to Mark Gear at AWIN regarding tha bove and he informs me thta this is on the 'to do' list, so (fingers crossed) it should hopefully be soon!

Well, if you want some merchants to run a highlighter over points they think are a priority I am sure there are a few people here who would be happy to help
