OK, we're not being overly generous just partly so.

In a technical upgrade we got our VAT calculations wrong. So on a number of programmes:

- Index
- RAC
- MFI
- Thorntons
- Female First
- Virgin Wines
- Cucina
- Teleflorist
- Carrentals.co.uk
between the dates of 27/5 and 22/6 commissions were increased by 17.5%.
For LX performance bonuses will be applied to take you up to the expected value.
For RAC, it was more subtle and the £15 rate only started again on 1/7.

The good new is the enhanced commissions stand. However, the issue was corrected on 22/6 and so proper commissions are being reported.

So for a merchant paying at 3% instead of recording 3.00% we were recording 3.00%*1.175 = 3.525%.
Subject to merchant agreement - and as we're prepared to stand the difference ourselves, so we can't see why they would object -these higher commissions will stand. I only hope you'll understand that rates are back to normal now.
