    Interesting - a friend purchased through my website - nothing showed up - Hmmmmm!

    Products delivered on time though - Anyone else know if fragrance direct track properly?

    You could ask the same question about many of the merchants on AffiliateWindow. Some have received thousands of clicks with no sales at all which is highly unusual for the highly targeted traffic I send. (e.g. people looking for CD's go to CD WOW). I simply removed merchants if they pass 1000 clicks with no conversions.

    It should be mentioned that AffiliateWindow are not as diligent in ensuring tracking codes are implemented correctly as they should be. I didn't realise this until I became a merchant. We had a faulty code on our system for four days after first inserting it before we noticed that the commissions weren't tracking properly and contacted AW.

    We do a have a system in place to check for changes in patterns of sales. Also each merchant has to go through a checking system before going live. We do not allow sites to go live unless a test purchase has gone through correctly first.

    Apart from human error there is no way that merchants can go live with an incorrect code on their page.

    I did a purchase at the end of August and that tracked correctly, plus I have had sales with them previously.

    Funnily enough, I had a pending from Fragrance Direct about two hours ago - so the tracking seems to be OK...
