We have only had the Early Learning Centre program for a couple of days but sales are coming through and the site has lots of potential for being a big program for us all.

With this in mind I wanted to shake it up straight away with a tiered commission structure.

The base rate is 4%

They have put a tier structure in place so you can earn up to a whopping 8% , this is 4% above the base rate commission

£5000 a month in sales 4.5%

£15000 a month in sales 5.5%

£25000 a month in sales 6.5%

£50000 a month in sales 8%

For some of you guys £50 000 worth of sales is achievable but there are many who will be able to get 1.5 - 2.5% extra so its well worth an extra push in the run up to christmas when many parents will be looking for toys for their kids.
