Does anybody know which Affiliate Window secured loan merchants are FSA authorised?

I'm particularly interested to know if Life180 and Abacus (Financial Consultants) Limited are.

Also does anybody know if there are any secured loan merchants out there who only provide "second charge" loans?

The reason I'm asking is because one of the conditions for being excluded from the new regulations is that you must only introduce business to secured loan merchants who are FSA authorised. Regulations only apply to loans that take the "first charge" over property.
