Hi,

I was just wondering, as you move up the T-mobile commision structure, do you get the higher rate for all the phones you have sold in the month, or just for the phones over the threshold.

Hi

When you reach a threshold you move onto the next tier - sales will be backdated at your new rate . You remain on this new tier till you either move up or a veiw is taken that numbers have dropped to much for you to remain on that tier.
