This is the first time I have ever been upset with the e2save program on AW.

They have dropped down to just a 40% approval percentage !

This is bad news considering that most merchants are around or above the 50% mark ie: 54% - Phones2UDirect.

Do Affiliate Window have an opinion on this and a possible reason for the 10% drop?

Maybe it's time to move merchants.

I'm getting 36% with e2save and 62% with Phones2Udirect, and Phones2Udirect is converting better, but the traffic I'm sending isn't quite the same.

My report is showing a lot of orders as "cancelled", and this isn't the case with Phones2Udirect. I have noticed that particular handsets have a habit of vanishing from the site, I guess due to stock issues.

Earnings per click from e2save at the moment are currently about the save as The Link over at TD, which is unusual.

    Hi,

Mine is a lot lower than Normal and I am noticing exactly the same. Didnot want to start this thread itscase it was just me!

I put it down to possibly three things

Out of stock of BT Sim cards In October...cancelled orders due to people waiting for phones

Three phones...crazy deals, But no stock of handsets and a high number of returns due to people not liking there building bricks.

E2save are pushing there own program. Are affiliates with there own program perhaps getting commission over us that use Awin and TD due to a tracking error?

Would be nice for an answer , as I have started to remove E2 links in favour of other people

    Best regards

    Barry

I track the network in the clickref (of course, that's only what they clicked on, and not NECESSARILY what they bought).

Doing some quick maths I can work out the rejection rate per network, and oddly BT seems to be the best despite SIM shortages. Vodafone is extremely high, but for some reason I don't send much traffic to Vodafone so it could be a statistical error. Most traffic gets sent to O2 tarrifs.

    Rejection rates by network:
    3 - 55%
    BT - 27%
    O2 - 46%
    Orange - 45%
    T-Mobile - 54%
    Vodafone - 80%

Anyone got an e2save contact that we can use to report one of their affiliates for spamming.

Sellfones - if you think anyone on here would be stupid enough to think that you are a 'real' merchant then you need your head examined. YOU ARE JUST AN E2SAVE affiliate

Have seen a drop off on conversions on E2save too, but also with many mobile affiliate programs.

Perhaps they are altering the risk levels, to whom they accept as a customer?

    Dear affiliates,

    Great news!

We have teamed up with Affiliate Window to set up an automated commission validating system, meaning that as of today, your commissions will be calculated quicker, enhancing the programmes efficiency!

Normally conversions operate around 50% due to the following reasons:

    - The customer details are incorrect and are not confirmed back
    - The customer has not resided in the UK for more than 3 years
    - The customer is not over the age of 18
    - The customer provides a non-valid debit/credit card (we don’t accept Visa Electron)
    - The debit/credit card is not registered to the home address.
    - The order is cancelled within 7 days of receipt.
    - The customer has not provided a home telephone number.
    - In addition orders may also fail the individual network credit checks.

At E2save.com, we look to constantly develop our affiliate programme, and we want to ensure that we improve our conversion rate to increase your earnings. However we need your help to do this!

We want to help ensure that you get only quality traffic coming through your site. Ensuring that any traffic put through meets our pre-requisites of buying a mobile will increase the conversion rate.

Also, just to let you know we can only pay out commissions on the last referred click of a completed sale. To increase the conversion rate, ensure that your coding is correctly tracking to your affiliate ID.

    Regards

    Hi,

Can You explain how the new validating system will work? (Ie How many days we will wait for pendings to go to decline or approved status?)

    Best regards

    Hi James,

50% is the usual benchmark figure for approvals throughout this market sector as far as I can tell, and normally it seems to be in the range of 45%-55% but it seems that e2save has slipped down compared to some of its competitors.

I think I send reasonable well qualified traffic to e2save, but I have noticed approval rates slipping compared to competitors, although I do send slightly different traffic to each merchant.

e2save is still a good earner, and certainly much better than CPW has ever been

e2save will send us a file every 7days of commissions to batch upload for validation. Keep in mind they still have a 14 day return policy but atleast your commissions will be validated much faster.

My last batch of e2save validations was 8 days ago - Is the 7 day commission file in place?

Hi phildarv, e2save are manually going through the current pendings list and will send us the file to upload for the first batch shortly. The 7 day system will be in place after the first batch upload. Hopefully not to long to wait now!

I've got to say.. this takes the biscuit. Reverals from e2save this month now seem to be up to 64%

A huge batch has just been cancelled with the explanation - "not last c/t".

    This is not looking good.

Same sort of stats here too, 68 declined sales today, 35 yesterday!

ALL of my other merchants are converting at my usual 54% ish.

Time to redirect that sacred traffic !
