I know that alot of our affiliates do not update their email address in their Affiliate Window account so I hope the rest of you don't mind me posting the contents of that email here as I know alot of our affiliates come to this board. I see that there are several similar threads so I'll just copy and paste the contents of the email below:

"Thankyou to all our loyal affiliates for your hard work in December. We’ve noticed a sharp decline in the number of clicks being sent through from our affiliates since the start of December and reckon that this is probably because we are one of the only affiliate programs not offering some kind of seasonal competition. I apologise for the oversight and ask that you forgive my in-experience in the affiliate network field!! Having looked around on the affiliate forums I see that Christmas competitions are part and parcel of the festive season to affiliates!!

So, here are our bonuses for the Christmas period:

First affiliate to reach 10 leads = £100 Bonus
First affiliate to reach 30 leads - £300 Bonus
First affiliate to reach 100 leads = £1000 Bonus

Plus:

Any affiliate who reaches 10 leads = £50 Bonus
Any affiliate who reaches 30 leads = £150 Bonus
Any affiliate who reaches 100 leads = £500 Bonus

We have just included a new set of banners which have proven on other networks to have higher clickthrough rates. These have been added already to our banner collection on Affiliate Window so many of you will see them appearing on your sites already.
