Yeah same here - made me change over to XML which then gets imported into mySQL (or will do when it works!)

    Hi,
Ive had a look at a handful of merchants and they are all working for me. If you are having trouble with particular merchants please list them in a ticket to support and we will look into it further for you. Thanks

Both Novatech and One Poster are there, all other merchants are ok as well. Please submit a ticket from your account with any error messages you are getting so we can have a further look. Cheers

    Is anything being done about the poor quality of feeds? Main examples seem to be with images, and below is a very small number of examples;

    Merchant: Cheap Smells
    Product: show.asp?id=4654
    Image url supplied: http://www.cheapsmells.com/images/products/.jpg

    Merchant: Chocolate Trading
    Product: moreinfo.asp?ID=421
    Image url supplied: http://www.chocolatetrading.co.uk/images/thumbnails/

    Merchant: Bear With Love
    Product: products.asp?ProductID=806
Image url supplied: bear-loganlarge.jpg (* i.e. relational to my sites, not http://www.bearwithlove.com/products...loganlarge.jpg)

I'll second that - even if a merchant isn't able to provide images for all products could they at least stick to a convention like leaving the field blank?

At least then we can sort things out our end, otherwise there's no fast, bandwidth friendly way of finding the errors on large sites

    Many thanks

    Hi,
Usually the merchant will either leave the field blank or enter a "no image available" url if required but in these cases I have contacted the merchants to correct their feeds. They should be updated shortly.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Trying to download Mobipack as a zipped CSV file - and the zip file being sent is completely blank!

This is happening with mobiles.co.uk too

I have found that if you try and use the zip files from AW directly in Windows XP they are empty, however if you use winzip they work OK.
