Is it just me, or do you get the following text box for any product you select on their site (after selecting the colour, where appropriate)?

"For up to date stock information please call a member of our Sales Team on 0870 458 73 73 or via click here to email your enquiry."

Could someone from AW please clarify how the - obviously very clever - tracking works for this merchant?

Hi Jon,

Sorry, only just noticed this post. It will be my first priority tomorrow morning with the merchant. They are new to the Affiliate marketplace so I am sure no harm was intended and feel confident the merchant will resolve this to your full satisfaction.

I will post a follow up as soon as action has been taken.

Hi all,

Appliance Heaven have acknowledged the affiliates concerns and are currently working to rectify the issue, which they hope will be totally resolved today. A new banner will be designed and uploaded, highlighting the simple online checkout process, replacing the current 'call or email us' copy.
