We've just launched a new programme on the network - Synovate Consumer Opinion Panel.

Did a trial sign up.. completed the form... activated the account... and the sale (presuming it's the one i did) has been rejected?

I think i can see why and all should be fine i just need to get in touch with Steve to sort it out for you.

As far as I can see it all sales would go through like that at the moment but dont worry Im onto it and they are all being recorded :-) if in the wrong place for now lol

No sales were being lost - unfortunately some were going in as rejected because of a programme setting.

This has been fixed and any rejected sales have been set to pending.
