I am almost certain I did receive one saying this a while back mate.

Our link to Gozing originally went to their site. However, at some stage in the last few months, we were tricked. The sign-up form is for Ciao!
There is one option at the bottom of the page saying "Want to get paid to take online surveys?" but the main aim of the page is to get signups for Ciao, which is a low-grade site with about 75% space devoted to advertising.
Surely we had the right to know the link was changed. All it takes is one email from the advertiser?
It's not Affiliate Window's fault as they can't possibly check every link, but Gozing/Ciao have been disrespectfully.
There are zero morals in this industry and zero respect for affiliates on the whole.

Yes, they sent an email about the change with a reasonable amount of notice.
I did receive a email about this a while ago
Yeah we did get one to as follows:
Greenfield Online acquired goZing and Ciao earlier this year and, as part of the integration of our companies, we are changing the name and messaging of our Affiliate Windows program to Ciao on September 1.
This change will be transparent for all publishers as we will only be updating our current banners and links. You will notice
that banners, emails and text links will change to Ciao and direct all traffic there. Most
affiliates will need to make very few changes, but we suggest those of you who are running text links change them in the next couple of days.
Conversions and payout for Ciao will be exactly the same as for goZing, so this change will not affect your earnings.
We didn't get the email. Well, I take back my criticism of Ciao/Gozing, as they did try to inform affiliates. Sorry.
Has anyone generated a lead on this program since the landing page changed ?
Yes - one lead from over 700 clicks since late last month. I asked AW if there was a problem with tracking and apparently there isn't...Originally Posted by aclarke656

I did a test registration at around the same time I posted and as yet nothing has shown up in my account. I don't know long it takes for leads/sales to register through the AW system but so far I would say either the tracking is not working or something else is wrong.
There does seem to be an intermittant tracking issue with this programme. Some transactions are tracking. We have contacted the merchant and asked them to investigate urgently!
Unfortunately they are based in Los Angeles so due to the time difference we will not be able to speak to them until later today.
