New Commission Structure Technology

We are happy to inform you that we have implemented our new Commission Structure technology. Over the next month we will be migrating all merchants to the new system.

What it is?

The Commission Structure feature offers extra functionality to merchants who wish to have precise control over their commission levels.

What is changing?

The commission interface has been re-designed to allow a much greater level of functionality. It allows:

  • The introduction of performance-based criteria per product group, to give an incentive to affiliates to promote a certain sector of the merchant’s business.
  • The ability to add recurring bonuses for affiliates.
  • Affiliates to be rewarded/upgraded on a daily basis once they have met the performance criteria set by a merchant. This is based on the previous 30 days transactions instead of the calendar month.

How will this effect you?

Affiliates will notice a change to the merchant’s directory description page where the commission structure is listed.

A new ‘Breakdown’ report will be linked to on all commissions. This will provide a breakdown of the commission.

Affiliates will be rewarded sooner for reaching performance based targets.
