Trust that the day we launch the programme is the day they have site problems. Neat Ideas are aware of the problem and are working on a fix so as soon as its up and running again I'll let you know.

Given i used to work there i best stick up for it. It's owned by Staples so there's no worry about it going under and it was 4 years back, when i worked there and before the Staples takeover, the second largest mail order company after Viking. At least that's what they said anyway although they always made it clear it was a remote second to Viking.
