The prices within the Sound & Vision datafeed are all wrong, despite being less than 24 hours old. They are not just a little wrong, either, the prices in the feed bear no relation to the prices on their website.

There is indeed an error in the data for Sound and Vision and thank you for alerting us to this. The merchant has been made aware and is looking to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
In circumstances such as these I would really appreciate if you contacted me directly - you have my email address and my telephone number - as we can often resolve these issues more efficiently and quickly than if you post on here.
Whilst we monitor the forum on a regular basis, we read our emails and tickets a lot sooner as they come directly to us so communicating with us directly will usually enable us to resolve things faster.
In addition, sometimes affiliates have unique difficulties with aspects of a programme. It is therefore of no benefit to either the merchant or affiliates to have the issue raised publicly as this creates concern which maybe misplaced.
Once again, your feedback is invaluable so please do keep notifying us of any issues with feeds using the direct channels we provide.
