Hi Paul,
the merchant is aware of the problem and is working to fix the issue, but nothing so far. If you're running any PPC traffic to them I'd recommend redirecting elsewhere for the moment as they are unlikely to fix it before tomorrow now.

Hi Paul,
we've just decided to suspend the programme over the Christmas period.
I'm sorry that we've had had to do this, but the client has a number of issues to deal with that they won't be able to resolve before the new year.
We'll update you once it has been reactivated.
